Charlina Curran, Owner and Property Manager has been in the business for over 25 years and holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from BOMA Canada.

Charlina manages each building with a proactive hands-on approach. You won’t be surprised to see Charlina at your buildings as she may be there to speak with superintendents, tenants and cleaners. Relationships are an important part of her property management business which operates in Ontario – primarily in the Ottawa and the Ottawa Valley.

Curran Property Management can rent your property and do the purchasing for your buildings. If a superintendent needs a plumber or other trade we provide the approval. Each experience is personal and we’re aware of what’s happening at your property.

Curran Property Management has experience with high rises and low rises, high-end properties and distressed properties. Regardless of the property, we treat each client with the same care to ensure our mutual success.
